We are a family-run business consisting of husband, wife, mother and father. We retail footwear for the whole family both on the High Street and online. Established in 1988 with our first Clarks franchise store we quickly expanded into a chain of independent stores in the Essex area.

Our online store was launched from our Maldon site in 1998 and has since grown and been relocated to a 250sq ft warehouse in 2003.

Our Mission

To provide customer satisfaction through the product and customer service for the whole family. To service the customers needs to a standard to maintain a loyal returning customer base both in store and online.

The Staff

We regularly have our footwear brands come in for product training - Clarks, k, Ecco, Josef Seibel, Rockport, Timberland and Merrell.

We believe it is vital that staff are passionate and knowledgeable about what they are selling. The staff are all Clarks or Startrite trained children's fitters.

We also have our online Ask an expert service, which directs you to the best individual to help in specific fields.

We are continuously working on our site to ensure your shopping experience is made as easy and enjoyable as possible. You can shop by brand, gender or style.

If you need to return something to us, no problem. We operate a 90 day no quibble returns policy. We even do free exchanges.

Which ever way you wish to pay on our site, you are given piece of mind that you are in safe hands. All payments go through our Secure Trading payment servicing provider and we are shop safe accredited. More details are available from our home page and you are reminded of this the whole way through your shopping experience. We accept all major credit cards.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, simply select the invoice section at point of checkout. You can also pay by Paypal and we accept Shoe vouchers.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number so you can track your item right to your door.
