Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. We also accept payments via PayPal, Cheque and Shoe Voucher

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship (PayPal payments are taken immediately). Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling

Delivery within mainland UK is currently FREE OF CHARGE.

Delivery outside the UK is limited to:-

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery charges for these countries is as follows:

Orders up to (and inc.) £50 are charged at £8.50

Orders up to (and inc.) £150 are charged at £15

Although other destinations are not specified we will consider any with prior arrangement - email us at contact@shoesdirect.co.uk should you wish to discuss this further.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to fulfil U.K orders within 7 working days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
Back Orders

All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.
