Here at Shoesdirect we want you to be entirely satisfied every time you shop with us so we keep our returns policy as straight forward as possible.
You can return or exchange any product purchased from Shoesdirect within 90 days from receiving them.
Received the shoes and found you needed a bigger size? Perhaps you want a different colour? No problem! Simply return the shoes back to us for a full refund. All that we ask is that they are in a saleable condition, i.e.
- The tags are intact
- The shoes have not been worn or damaged
- The shoe box and packaging are returned
When you return any shoes please ensure you fill in the returns/exchanges form which is found on the back of the delivery letter that accompanied your shoes, otherwise we won't know who sent them and will therefore be unable to make any refund.
Guidance:-
- Please ensure that you wrap the package securely without attaching sticky tape to the shoe box itself
- Refund does not include your cost of the original postage and packaging
- Until returned shoes reach us they are not our responsibility, in other words for your own protection we recommend that your send your package to us via a secure delivery service with adequate postal insurance as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post
- Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
